What counts as a scan?
One image is used for each imported lab report (including ROLA in the Water Quality Compliance Hub), Document Scanner page, Water Quality Analyzer photo, or photo-based water-quality entry. General compliance evidence photos are not counted. Deleting conversations or scanned records does not restore allowances already used.
