Delete your O&M360 account

What is deleted

After the 24-hour waiting period, we erase:

• Your name, email address, phone number, job title and department.
• Your sign-in and registered notification devices.
• Your notifications and reports about MIMI answers.
• Your name and email address on invitations sent to you.

Saved MIMI conversations expire within seven days of your last message.

What is kept

Your organization keeps its facility data, permits, reports, billing and activity trail. After deletion, your account no longer identifies you in those records.

See Privacy Policy section 9 for data retention and disposal. Personal account deletion does not cancel your organization’s subscription.

Delete it in the app

1. Open O&M360 and sign in.
2. Open Profile and tap the gear icon.
3. Choose Security, then Delete next to Delete Account.
4. Enter your current password and type DELETE.
5. Enter the six-digit code emailed to your registered address.

The code is valid for five minutes. You can request a new one after a minute.

Once verified, deletion is scheduled 24 hours later. You can cancel in the app or on this page by entering your password again.

Account administrators

If team members still have accounts under yours, remove their accounts first. They would otherwise be left with no one to manage them.
